A construction project management software company is looking for a lawyer with 5+ years' experience who is licensed in Australia or New Zealand having experience with SaaS Services Agreements for an ongoing engagement starting as soon as possible.
The work will involve negotiating sell-side SaaS contracts. Any time not spent on deal negotiation may be spent helping improve processes or internal documentation. Comfort handling local & regional client support, deal negotiations & execution, and being a thought partner to the US-based team to provide local perspective (e.g. do we need local variants of our templates?) are all valuable. Exposure to the construction industry or otherwise dealing with counterparties who are not typical buyers of SaaS solutions would be a plus but not required.
Candidates should be able to work part-time (the client estimates 15-30 hours per week and is open to seeing options). The work will be performed remotely.
